Two of Blue Planets up and coming stars will be competing in one if the biggest races of the year on the SUP global calendar - The 2018 Quicksilver Waterman Carolina Cup.
The Carolina Cup is held in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina in April each year and attracts over 1,000 competitors worldwide. From the weekend warrior to the elite, this race is one for the bucket list.
The elite mens race, known as the Graveyard, is 21kms long and combines both flatwater and ocean paddling, making it a challenge that will seriously test the sport's elite. The majority of the top 20 ranked paddlers have flocked to the East Coast of America for the race and it is sure to be one of the most eagerly contested events in history.
Blue Planet's Ty Judson and Nathan Cross will be there to fly the flag for Australia and challenge the worlds best. Both Ty and Nathan have been training hard on their new 14' x 22" custom Blue Planet Allround models and are sure to be there challenging at the finish.
The race will be live on The Paddle League from 10am Saturday 21st of April (local time) - 12am Midnight Eastern Standard time in Australia (set your alarm clock or just stay up late with a few cold one's handy).
