Do Blue Planet SUP Boards have a warranty?

 

Yes they do! All Blue Planet SUP and Surfboards have a 90 day warranty covering defects in workmanship.  For a copy of Blue Planet SUP Australia's warranty policy, please cick here.  Please also check out our page on "How to care for your board".

What's the right size SUP for me?

 

Your first indicator is going to be “What are you going to be doing on the water” Fitness, Surfing, Distance paddling, snorkel transportation, etc. This one factor is going to steer you towards the SUP that best suites your needs. Most of our Blue Planet SUP's have dual purpose characteristics and can perform in a variety of conditions, but we highly recommend renting/demo at least once to get a base idea of your size range. And keep in mind you don't want to outgrow the board in a month, so a size that is a bit of a challenge at first will allow you to progress.

What comes with Blue Planet SUP Boards?

 

All new Blue Planet SUP's come with a preinstalled deck pad and fins. Most of our range come with the SUP Grip handle, gore-tex vent, GoPro mount, and those 10'2" and over come with cargo deck mounts. You can also add on any optional extras such as a leash, bag and paddle from our accessories range here.

FAQ

What size SUP paddle do I need?

 

Correct paddle height is crucial for ensuring good technique and less fatigue. The basic range is 4-10 inches above your height. Wow what a wide range you might say. The lower end of the range would be for more surf specific paddles, the middle of the range would be for all around paddle activities, and the high end of the range would be for more distance focused paddles.

Do you ship throughout Australia?

 

Blue Planet SUP supports our bricks and mortar retailers, as without them our industry would not survive.  We encourage you to visit one of our retailers and buy from your local store.  If there is currently not a stockist near you, we do offer shipping at buyers expense - please contact us for a quote. We are also servicing pick-up customers from the NSW Central Coast region. We understand that you may wish to purchase a Blue Planet SUP board and organise your own freight - we would gladly liaise with you to help you through this process. Note that any damage from freight is at buyer's risk.  Feel free to contact us with any questions. 

We are currently looking for Australian retailers to stock our superior products.  Please contact us if you are interested in stocking one of the highest quality epoxy SUP brands on the global market.
